Don’t work here

The job was fairly easy and straightforward but you constantly take back to back calls. The section managers are okay but some are just flat out when reaching out for help. If you’re sick and have to be out don’t bother giving them a doctor’s note. They don’t accept them even though they said in training they do. They expect you to move mountains for a low wage and their customers are very rude. If you have a difficult customer don’t expect any help from management they just tell you to deal with it. Even if the customer is demanding a manager and refuse to get off.
I got terminated due to having to miss work for having Covid and strep throat. I could not talk and my throat was closing. I had to be hospitalized and had all my paperwork for them. No one even looked at it !

Net Credit is a horrible client.
There are better jobs, the pay was good at 18. But I literally left this job for a 14 an hour job, because it's stressful, there's a points system and it's archaic.
