The TWACS technology of ESCO technologies (Aclara PLS) is both interesting and challenging to work on. The people are also hard-working and generally easy to work with.

The forward vision of the technology, software and integration of the various businesses (Aclara PLS, Aclara Software, Aclara RF) seems disjoint. The marketing / sales communication with the technical teams also leaves something to be desired.

Also, communicate much sooner about things like changes in reviews, benefits, contract renewals of temporary staff, etc. It all seems to come last minute
