The TWACS technology of ESCO technologies (Aclara PLS) is both interesting and challenging to work on. The people are also hard-working and generally easy to work with.

The forward vision of the technology, software and integration of the various businesses (Aclara PLS, Aclara Software, Aclara RF) seems disjoint. The marketing / sales communication with the technical teams also leaves something to be desired.
