Clocking out and 2 days off after working 4 straight days at 12 hours day.

Over worked, old broken down equipment and instead of fixing, they just patch it. No good leadership or training, I have been here for a few months and no one has time for training until you make a mistake. Constant fires and management stays in meetings more than the department they are responsible for. This is the most worst company that I have ever worked for and when I was hired it too long after that, they filed a chapter 11 bankruptcy. Vendors began to come and take their equipment and even the porta-johns.

The only thing that could be seen as a con is the 4 on 4 off work week with 12 hour shifts. But it’s no different than any other company with odd hours. It works great to keep everything and everyone in line.

Dissolve the company. The product is great product however, the leadership will never change how they treat people. I can not speak about Glenn Nunziata but unless he is a miracle worker and cuts start at the top the company will never succeed
