The sales leadership's grasp of digital concepts seems insufficient, contributing to organizational shortcomings in campaign execution due to backend disorganization. Potential new sales executives should exercise caution, as my experience with bringing in clients revealed an inability to fulfill digital commitments.
Additionally, the local radio sales team's leadership fosters division by displaying favoritism towards select salespeople, which undermines team cohesion. Micromanagement of account contacts is prevalent, with the SVP often positioning themselves as the primary point of contact, hindering account autonomy.
Furthermore, the emotional volatility of the sales leader becomes apparent when confronted with challenges, indicating a deficiency in leadership qualities. There's a notable absence of encouragement and support for campaign development, highlighting a lack of leadership guidance and mentorship within the team.
