The company is okay to work for. Supervisors Micromanage a lot. Policies change a lot. Pay sucks. Pay raise sucks even more. You have to meet certain standards monthly if not you’re always at risk of loosing your job. There is no job security here. Beware of the company!

Overall, good but unstable place to work.
|
Started out as a contract employee, then hired on FT. Your job depends on what company needs what and the initial company decided they no longer needed us. So people were left scrambling for new jobs at the end of the year. I was able to stay, got moved around 3 more times, then my last company did not renew their contract, so I was let go. We had to outreach members to enroll in programs which was hard and probably my top complaint. We had metrics to meet, could get a bonus after 1 year if metrics were above and beyond. Pay was average, all equipment given or reimbursed, easy to take pto, and flex time. Workplace culture very positive, but jobs there unstable due to contracted companies that can change their minds at any time. Three different layoffs in my 1.5 years there and people were told unexpectedly during their shift and gone instantly. It affected all staff except managers it seemed.

Unstable job security, finding own members for programs, and top management doesn't seem to care about layoffs.

Company has a good work/home balance, co-workers are good people and company provides good resources to be able to get the job done, downside lots of layoffs in the past few years, but that's with a lot of companies lately.

Decent job for being remote. Poor communication such as not finding out a new process or issue until it is actually happening. The pay is not the best when having to deal with 20+ agents to coach and "babysit".

The work flows don't always make sense, very much only worried about numbers.

Tenured company was aquired by Evolent and in one year had managed to dismantle teams, process and overall trust from our client partners.
Not everything can be offshored or ignored.
This company is very focused on the culture which is great but doesn’t help anything on day to day operations.
Was ignored and left in our silo and now we are all leaving.
