Good pay, you get to work on live deals, senior staff are nice and seem to genuinely care about your personal development. From speaking to other interns, it seems that some teams are a delight to be in (although others are not) Junior staff, of course this is team dependent, are awful to work with. They will add unnecessary work to 18 hour work days, belittle you, make inappropriate comments that are in no way relevant, and purposely try to mess up your work. The senior staff on multiple occasions had to get involved (only when they were around to see this mistreatment) and have a word with junior staff.
