Too much management and micromanaging when you need better training and more streamlined processes.
Entirely too much Nepotism. If your family member gets you a job there like most everyone there, You will have job security.
Tons of overlapping job duties and you barely know who does what internally.
They keep people who have moved up or related to others working there instead of looking for better qualified outside talent.
Too much work, expectation of overtime without compensation. They mass lay off people but they swear they never lay off people when you get hired.
Very little advancement opportunities.
Unqualified management in some cases it's just who has been there the longest. Downhill since new CEO took over.
Invest in lots of useless programs and tech that people don't know how to best utilize.
very chaotic the more they grow.
AI now incorporated so your calls etc are recorded and tracked internally.
Culture and values are phony
