Best Place I have ever worked
|
This is the best place I have ever worked. The benefits are great, work perks (i.e. suite tickets to games and concerts, free catered lunch every day.) Real time recognition of successes and constructive healthy feedback of areas to improve. No one leaves this company I was the first new hire in years. Highly recommend if you can get in, that is the tough part, getting in because they promote within and people don't want to leave. This is a great sign.

Good bonuses and benefits especially medical, but the annual raises are small and not competitive. Little room for career growth in admin field and quick to lay off workers when economy takes a downturn

I felt that opportunities for employee input on process improvement were limited. It would be beneficial to have a more established system for soliciting and implementing feedback.
The compensation structure for talent professionals seemed below market average compared to similar roles in the industry.
There also seemed to be limited opportunities for career advancement, and while following company guidelines is important, I believe open communication and constructive criticism should also be encouraged.
