Great company but bonus is not the same as before

In my 9 years with FactSet, I've held multiple positions. That I can say, that there are different opportunities and learnings you could get while in the company. Plus, they provide different trainings to enhance your hard and soft skills.
|
- Do not expect much in the promotional increase.
- When I entered the company, the performance bonus and salary increase is twice a year. Now, it is just once a year. I was told that before it was actually given quarterly.
- Your lucky if you got a manager that doesn't micromanage. :)

Have a person of authority in the Philippines to not just depend on what managers in Hyde say. Most of realignments and policies that Hyde implements for Philippines are stressful even though there were no problems in the Philippines branch side, the realignments causes problems.

FactSet as a whole is good with benefits but I do not recommend Client Support

There are time where you get to relax due to low volume client interaction AT TIMES in Client Support
|
They keep adding rules with a very strict QA. Other managers micromanage (luckily not mine). Burn out happens due to little to no time. Work starts then you work purely everyday. Scheduled breaks as well. I had COVID but its hard to take time off as this affects performance which would lead you to low performance appraisal.
