The work is good and steady, long hours, and decent pay. It can get very hot in the summer time so be sure to stay hydrated. Sometimes waiting up to an hour for the bridge crane or forklift.

Dead end job with no future no room for promotions no set schedule I was going no where so I left after 10 years of service

Shift work with lack of supervision and training and safety

Stressful and moral was down no raises since covid layoffs for over 2 years

Everything was unsafe and dangerous equipment was in poor condition

Great pay, good hours, stressful but fair. Easy going employees. Management has no authority, employees do what they want and there are no consequences. Unrealistic deadlines, everything is always behind or late.

Just like any oilfield job it had its ups and downs. There were times the manager gave us unrealistic timelines to try and push us to get more done but only created a hostile work environment where half the work actually got done

Very fun place to work... very professional place to work... but Laid-off because of the up and down of gas prices. Vice president gives you a deadline to do a job as long as it is done before the meeting... love working here.
