The workplace culture valued teamwork and craftsmanship. The hardest part was dealing with limited resources .However, the satisfaction of solving problems and improving people's lives could be the most enjoyable part.

The company is good during high oil price but really scary during economic crisis because you just have 2 weeks to prepare for your end contract. Also, the contractual period is not considered in your probationary and regularization length of service to the company...
