Great training and great place to work

Plenty of good training and education. Working in the acute setting is more independent and rewarding except for the on call. The hours are not bad but not predictable.

Very fast pace. Expect about 15-20 patients to assess, give meds and document on in about 3 1/2 hours. If a nurse calls out, you will be responsible for all 30 - 40 patients as the managers do not help.

Everything has come down to what’s the best solution to cut down cost and save millions for company. There is no teamwork.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Short staffed, employees are overworked. We are still meeting our numbers but with less workers. Management is horrible

Good team and a good manager however the company don't not care about staff and the retention of staff therefore poorly staffed. Can be very stressful when poorly staffed

Long days and early hours. Life and work balance is slim. Pay could definitely be worked on when someone who has been with the company for 15 years and someone brand new comes in and is making almost the same pay.

Just awful management. My mother was terminally ill and I was getting pushback from management from taking off work to be with her.
I wouldn’t suggest anyone work for this company.

Very long hours is about the only thing that sucks about here. Everything else was do able. Competitive, and fun at times. Great employees. Cool people. Wish i could go back.

Great benefit's is about the only good thing. Management sucks and there’s a lot of drama. Low pay for working your butt off
