Overall a good experience when facilities were fully staffed and peoples heart were in the right place. Part of a larger system, so run well overall.

Great local team - Corporate support isn't great

Local decisions can be made based on corporate guidelines. If your building is exceeding expectations, you get left alone. The residents and team are what make coming to work worthwhile.
|
Regional Directors and Vice Presidents are of no help at all. They've not worked within the system, so they can't actually give you assistance on site. Investments into the communities are hit and miss.
