Overall good place to work in comparison with other facilities if the same purpose.

Always busy, not enough time to do all my task due to lack of staffing. Fulfilling work and support from participants. Support from on site staff but unrealistic expectations from corporate level. Clean and well kept facility. ED and Business manager the best. Sales and Marketing manager is extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall staff are great at the facility but as any business they don’t have the final say as to what happens.

Good job to work if you are needing a lot of hours, but staff comes and goes very quickly. Raises are a rarity, but sign on bonus is nice. Be prepared to be short-staffed every shift

The residents do take charge to well so we are these to help them adjust and be patient,loving and caring and understanding also with their families ❤️🙏🏽

When loosing a resident that we have know and worked with for so long because the staff resident and the job itself is our second home away from primary

Family oriented and less stressful especially when we have meetings to continue uniting each other

Very poor corporate management. They do little planning, only reacting. Corporate doesn't know what they are doing. Executive Directors are hit or miss.

I'd often show up for my night shift as everyone was winding down, but the residents and coworkers knew who you were by name. I was often greeted by coworkers who enjoyed what they did and didn't allow the environment to stagnate with repetition in activities for the residents or food prepared for them. Residents were always kind to security, your job exists there because of their requests after all! My supervisor was the glue that held it all together because without her hard work it would've been a far more challenging stay. Ultimately this job is what you make of it, but if you are responsible and self-motivated then it's a job that can pivot you into a good future however long you choose to stay!
