Call centre job, very low position, no career growth.
Speaking Chinese all the time, lost basic language skill in Australia.
This industry is collapsing, very dependent on Chinese government policy, even now it’s a grey area.
I can say it’s a place ruin graduates, people have master degree, working here for 2 years, can’t speak English, no hard skill gaining, too scared to leave or they couldn’t find a job elsewhere.
For the ones who left, begging to come back because their new company collapsed and they couldn’t find somewhere else.

The company is pretty humble with it's demands to it's employees.
Easy to get a job, tech interview was the easiest one ever.

In my team we don't use Jira or something to get tasks and track progress, we use Excel sheet sent by email in the end of the week and that's it. Really difficult to wrap your head around everything going on because there are hundreds of new ideas every day and you need to split your time between all of them without keeping track.
