What is the best part of working at the company? Getting paid on time most of the time and leaving work. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Being afraid of getting fired and not getting treated fairly! What is the work environment and culture like at the company? The company spreads their management/ supervisors as thin as possible - making some supervisors work 6 days a week for months at a time working 60+ hours a week. They training for supervisors is non extant and they are left unsupported by upper management. The union promotes laziness and entitlement and there is constant friction between them and management.
