EXTREMELY poor pay. Unrealistic sales goals- they want you to ‘work on commission’ to make the pay that they tell you you’re going to make in the interview, but you never will. Became a very good sales person to make commission but was frequently told I had to let part timers (not on commission) get sales too, even though I was the one putting in the work- it just was not a fair pay structure at all. Dedicated myself to this job for a number of years, only to see once I left that I was being mistreated and paid basically nothing for it- maybe one pay raise of a few cents in four years.
