The plant manager is lazy and condescending and has to be the worst leader I have ever encountered in my career. The plant associates are lazy and are only productive for about 60% of their day. There is more disrespect in the facility than in any other organization I have worked for. Work life balance is non existent as they expect 55 - 60 hours a week from middle management. Management pushes non stop, will watch you work doing 2 and 3 jobs because short handed, but never offer to help. Pay is decent, but for the amount of work, the way you're treated by managers, the way you're talked too, unrealistic expectations, etc, it's just not worth it. No HR help or support for anything! Do not recommended working at Greif, not with current management!
