Staffing not enough staff. management is very unprofessional.

Very Stressful. The culture is good.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Having anywhere between 14 to 15 residents and they expect for you to do computer work on top of that.

management lacks of being up to par as far as what is going on within their facility.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Loved the residents and coworkers. Pay wage is decent as well.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of staff! Being stuck on a unit as the only CNA
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Pleasant. Diverse culture. Many times the linen supply was under stocked on tge units. The environment became stressful when there became a staff shortage and only having 1 CNA to a whole unit!
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A lot of running around but it’s good to keep busy. Back when I worked there I had to make sure everyone was up before breakfast and in the dining area, sometime by myself with no help! I’d have to take an early lunch to be back in time to hand out lunch. Providing personal care when needed plus always after lunch. Usually stuck after my shift had ended and trying to find relief!

Some of the managers were not assertive enough to fire heartless staff. Activity spaces not designed well for memory care residents. Loved the residents.

Staff never showed up when they were supposed to and management did nothing about it they knew we were losing employees left and right they offered extra pay for any shifts picked up and or a gift card and people would never receive them.

Dangerous working environment

One of the clients almost bit a staff's finger off before I started and he faced no consequences. One of the other clients repeatedly bullies staff and other individuals in the house and faces no consequences. Management will tell staff what they want to hear, then turn around and offer no support. All the staff at the Becker location are ready to quit.
