—There are positions available that pay fine, especially for high-performers.
—Several managers I worked with were GREAT.
—Getting a part-time position was easy enough.

—Outdated pay scales.
—Outdated content in some cases (and too-frequent apologizing to tutoring clients for errors or confusing presentation).
—Can be difficult to find assignments as a new tutor or teacher.
—High turnover for all but the most desirable positions. (And few/no opportunities to work “up” into those.)
—Lay off/reassign managers on the regular.
