I have had nothing but positive experiences with Graham. The atmosphere is fun, the employees are all more than friendly and helpful. Management isn't afraid to show their appreciation for the work force and it shows in the employees. The organization really seems to have the right path in front of them with a market that appreciates the products and services. Both management and HR leadership have been transparent and nothing short of eager to be sure I succeed.

the company will hire anyone and promotions are questionable at best. so if you do the bare minimum and want to start at a decent wage, apply!!
|
everyone is treated equally. which is great if you are worthless. some carry the load, work the overtime, and go the extra mile. some do next to nothing but everyone makes the same hourly rate after a few years. people who speak up get shunned, low level management has no power to do anything about it.

New management has not made this a better company. The Corporate "walls" have gone up. There is no "Human Resources" in HR anymore. Jim Lines no longer works at Graham (that's when it all started falling apart).

Employees are dedicated with great work group environment. Middle management is mostly on the ball and does the bulk of the real work decision making and over all running of the company.
|
Upper management is detached and self interested. Their decisions are not in the company's best interests and most definitely not the employees. HR is arrogant and not employee friendly. Outdated working conditions and pay scale.

Middle management has tremendous institutional knowledge. Brand has a long reputation of best in the market
|
Multiple red flags here with recently installed senior management. New CFO is extremely inexperienced in his position. He’s essentially a glorified line item accountant, so strategically, is lacking experience and ability. The new CEO has the ability but not the gumption to strategically grow the business. He needs to make the difficult operational choices to lead the company to the next level. My conclusion was to depart a company I enjoyed immensely, not because middle management wasn’t competent, rather, incoming senior management and operations lacked the experience and international aptitude to run a publicly traded company in multiple markets and industries. As someone deeply involved, I left because I wanted to be in a growth focused company.
