The job training was not all that great, your supposed trainers leave you hanging whilst they go take care of other chaotic events. Despite the international installations that Graham handles, it is a different story to the everyday culture at the Batavia facility. They exploit the younger workers, while the folks that have been there longer are pretty much waiting to retire comfortably on their backs. Tons of benefits cut that the newer workers will never experience. They'll cut their workforce on a whim to balance their quarterlies. Any promises of lots of work and job security is just a smoke screen, including changes for promotion. Bait and switch.
