1. KT, Initial product training is worse. You will have no clue what you are doing for a few months.
2. Aggressive deadlines, make employees work on weekends and holidays.
3. Unnecessary team meetings. Min 20% of your day will be wasted.
4. One day you will be praised and another day you will be blamed and cornered even if you give your 100%

1. It's crucial for both PEs and directors to maintain transparency. Currently, there seems to be a communication gap between PEs and directors regarding the team's activities. Consequently, the team might be unfairly held responsible for failing to meet the director's expectations.
2. Either the duration for releases needs to be extended or the number of features included in each release needs to be reduced. Otherwise, the product's quality will suffer.
3. Ensure that you address your employees' workload concerns appropriately. Avoid dismissing their complaints about work pressure by saying, "Working here is like a pressure cooker; whistle if you can't handle it."
