The co-workers are great and very knowledgeable. Sometimes the work load is too much and the senior members are almost always working 24/7, including weekends, which is a bit sad to see.

Good people in trenches, increasingly bad management and visio
|
I liked many people I worked with, however the vision for product is weak and cloud adoption is way behind. Packet brokering in the cloud isn’t very useful, if it was, CSP would provide this as a service better than gigamon can. Technology has not remained relevant. Lack of personal development is one problem, but immediate managers and executives aren’t developing either. My manager was ineffective and often negative towards reports. Hard part of job is taking risk to bring value. You are judged hard on the effort. Learned a great deal, too much of it was through frustration and disappointments.

Not A very good experiance

Lot of Politics, did not enjoy my time in Gigamon. Good benefits and flexible. Not a great place to work. Manager had no clue what I was working and did not care about my growth.

Not much anymore. Used to be culture and comradeship. Now it’s ran by a spread sheet and quarter achievement

Interview process was alright. Work culture has a lot of politics, and half-baked vision by Leadership- meaning, they want to grow in revenue but do not count for the factors that will be required to KEEP that revenue and build on it. Product is good, which is why they stay afloat.
