This company refuse to pay employees a decent wage and therefore are always short staffed. They don’t not try to compensate for that changing times and raises area joke

Bad management
|
Work was alright pay was average but sun is time and a half no matter the hours you work. Would be a great place to work and I would have stayed if it wernt for such poor management and favoritism. The on-site manager sleeps on shift at his desk. Doenst help employees in the least bit, always late but adjusted his time so it didn't ever look like he was and left when ever he wanted

Depends on department where you work. The top are I’ll equipped and senior management doesn’t blink an eye or consider advancement, at the higher level. if your in with the ceo your safe. Turnover is very high.
