HR comes between supervisors and for everything, so supervisors vary greatly, gossip is worse than any restaurant, and somehow that combination has led to a toxic culture of yelling and short tempers seen as common and normal. Training and expectations dont match reality, and those who do that part of training don't follow up in a meaningful way, but I believe they are starting to work on some of it. I feel like a lot of potentially positive efforts are undermined on their way down.

The onsite management team were really nice to work for. Some colleagues were ok.

The most toxic company i have ever worked for. i am trying my hardest to find a job elsewhere so i can leave - i hate it.
the global team have no idea how to treat people - if your face doesnt fit, they'll treat you like crap. my mental health has suffered because of them. its getting worse and worse.
