decent place to work. challenging at times but plenty of lads around to help you out. no blame culture but quality and safety are really pushed. would recommend to others but only if you dont mind working as there is not a lot of people on shift.

New Owners that bought the company Pixel don’t value there employees and in return the moral is zero. It’s not the old Glatfelter company. Changed our hours I use to look forward to going to work then that all changed with the new owners

My advice, get out fast, the walls are caving in, there is no respect for employees anymore.its sad to see this well developed company be tore apart by college educated managers, good luck to remaining employees, run fast and hard

old factory but lots of jobs to due, lot of people to interact with and most have been there awhile and are very helpful when your the "new guy" the company has sine sold and is now called "Pixles"
