The work is tough, but it's worth doing. I don't think the management is very good. The managers and supervisors can be rude sometimes. There is a daily quota. I get mad when I'm blamed for things that aren't my fault. Vacation time is only possible when the company is closed.

Day to day consisted of quilting the interlining or shell of the jacket however the pay of the bundle is too low to achieve efficiency. Even if you increase the speed, depending on the settings of your machine or tension of the thread, there are constant problems with the thread or needle breaking and the time it takes to open the stitches to re-sew.

The company has a lot to hover management wise. Allocation for product is questionable and without clear creative direction, you deal with a lot more misses than hits.
There is no commission and little reward besides a discount.
The morale is based off of people you work with and around you. Being located in the mall also means dealing with guests you’d never really get in a storefront location. Besides that, there’s a heavy emphasis on someone leaving a negative review, no matter what factor, if you’ve exceeded goals - you’ll get 2 minutes of praise with 10 minutes of criticism or derision.
Work there for the product, make your connects, & try to manage your managers.

Not the best. Nice discount. Odd culture. Overall very unorganized and there was no structure. There was no clear leadership and no one knew what was going on. It’s an ok job if you’re in collage and working part time.
