There were really no pros besides being remote
|
Training was bad. The trainer kept telling long drawn out stories. She would stop the whole training if one person had tech issue which was every 10 minutes. It would take a whole day for their issue to get fixed and they still wanted us in production at the specified date in the beginning. They tip toed around money topics such as incentives.
