They expect you to go above and beyond and base everything on their culture and values but that only goes so far. A lot of people are underpaid. It's great for those starting out in their careers. They can learn a lot and move internally but for senior level leaders the salaries do not meet the job expectations. Often times you are doing the work of 2-3 people and you are not given more resources. This is true in many departments. You can build a career here. Heartland/Global Payments is a company with great people and caring leaders. The company does a wonderful job of allowing its people to be their authentic selves and believes people are their most valuable resource. They prove it through their investments in people and culture. A day in our Jeffersonville office is spent with our 800+ employees who all sit in a wonderful open naturally lit space (leaders as well). The amenities are great and the culture is kind and energetic. The work isn't for everyone but that is something you find in every company and every job.
