Botched integration, low morale and redundancies

Varied and interesting projects, remote working and good flexibility, some decent folk still left in the business and backed by a larger group.
|
Morale and trust is low after a difficult integration, long serving staff and talent have left en mass, redundancies in multiple departments, zero culture and team spirit, overly complicated business structure, high level of escalations leading to a constant state of firefighting, inaccessible and cliquey directors, absent management, limited development opportunities, considered a resource rather than a person, no bonus for multiple years and a weak benefits package.

Terrible management / Directors. These folks should not be managing people. They have no idea what’s going on or what they’re doing. Serious lack of transparency. If you value employee development, fair compensation or supportive management you’d be better off looking elsewhere for employment. This place is the literal worst.

Decent benefits are offered with the company. 401k, dental, health, etc.

No established standard workflow and confusion within teams.
Not creative at all anymore. Promotions all around to upper management with cuts to production tools and people.
Upper management is very out of touch with production and can’t bother to get their heads out of numbers. Morale at the company is at an all time low.

Quase choram para pagar os funcionários. Eu nunca sabia em que dia exatamente ia cair o meu salário, que inclusive, era pago quinzenalmente. A estrutura da empresa é péssima, não há plano de carreira e ninguém é medido por seu talento e sim pelo puxa-saquismo. Cuidado com alguns colegas! Tem gente sem escrúpulos que é capaz de sabotar o próprio projeto que faz parte, pra ficar bem na fita com o cliente e queimar os outros parceiros de equipe.
