Interesting remote work, disengaged management
|
I enjoyed the work I did very much and thrived in the creative role and remote setting. However, there were many big picture communication and work alignment issues that should have been addressed by proactive management. This led to directional ambiguity and content misalignment, ultimately affecting the project quality and customer training delivery dates. When a coworker and I tried to flag the misalignment well in advance, our concerns were buried. Given the high level of experience and professionalism on our team, our concerns should have been addressed. It was as if no one at GP Strategies cared about us as employees or our client's product.

Poor management, almost completely absent and reluctant to get involved when approached.
