Grace does have some really talented people but they don't remain very long with the company. Things were far from perfect at Grace but at least things did work. After the EIP reorganization then things became very bad for the company. None of the business processes work, communication between groups and within ones respective group have died, some leaders are verbally abusive to their staff, they micromanage things and they try to run all there businesses and markets the same way. One size does not fit all. I would also focus on your core businesses and set them up as strategic business units.
