I worked in the Houston location and it's like being in high school where there are definite evidence of favoritism. No growth opportunities. No training opportunities. No communication if you are not part of the it crowd. Slogan is we care for people to be the best, but it's all fake where you get criticism but no training on how to better yourself. Work life / life style is horrendous. You get paid holiday but chances you are working the holidays so you can't spend it with family. Management try their best but unfortunately their best is not good enough. I would avoid this brand. Lastly too many computer systems and not enough patience for people to learn. International team, but not international management. Accommodation is good but so far from Dubai downtown. 90% of colleagues there they never even traveled to Palm. They don't know jbr. Most famous places in Dubai they don't know What is a typical day like for you at the company? Cons: Management will lie to your face without breaking a sweat. There are two groups among employees; those in the secret club and everyone else. If you are an, "outsider" you will always be seen as the lesser. Management is severely disorganized and often passes blame rather than accepting responsibility. All suggestions given will be ignored by team leaders, to the detriment of the company. People break rules daily and aren't disciplined due to their favored status. Nepotism runs RAMPANT and there is nothing you can do about it.
