Favoritism, lack of training for the new employees, lack of communication, managers can do stuff employees can’t do like wear makeup and perfume. Will layoff people if certain managers don’t like you for no reason even if they are great workers.

If employees are not aloud to wear makeup or perfume you shouldn’t either. Don’t judge people if another manager doesn’t like someone for no reason. Go off what you see. This manager I’m talking about has other complaints about her and they do nothing about it because she’s doing the same thing to different employees.

They provided exelent training and had money to spend in projects and training. The benefits and pay are good and work hours were mostly 8 to 5. I always left work at 5 and never had to work extra.

They have a bonus system to reward "heroes" so there was a bit of a cut trout culture. The R&D director was upset at me for giving ideas on how to improve a product. He wanted all the credit for himself. No team players at all. There is a culture of mediocrity because they have a profitable areas which no other company have been able to eat into their market share.
