Very technical position that puts you in a lot of high stress environments with everyone from C-suite to Surgeons in the operating room. A lot of travel included which takes up a lot of time. Not a lot of great team documentation consistency which leads to figuring out your own processes a lot.

Work-life balance at Haemonetics is bad. Too much mandatory overtime due to staffing issues and poor equipment maintenance. Overall bad.
● Pay & benefits
My pay and at Haemonetics are fair. I did not utilize their benefits.
● Job security and advancement
In terms of job security at Haemonetics, I think once you are hired in, the job is secure. However, unless you are hired in on day one, you could spend a year or more going through a temp service.
● Management
In general, managers at Haemonetics do a poor job of ensuring success.
● Culture
Collaboration with my colleagues at Haemonetics is minimal. Very few ALL employee meetings
● Overall
My experience working at Haemonetics overall was fair.
