This was not the case prior to Covid. I had to learn to “who’s, where’s & when’s” VERY quickly. Every person I worked with, even when I was reaching out with less than optimal news, was always respectful, patient and took time to help find the answers I needed. Never. Also being the phlebotomist and putting in orders for doctors. As well as all the dr to stay consults. Everyone is in pain management and antibiotics. Then we get patients that should be on a cardiac flood added to the mix. They are trying to improve, but it hit or miss.
