They have a history of layoffs, but generally it isn't nearly as bad as people think. The work isn't super complicated, but the paperwork is a mess. Their work order software s a jumbled mess, and completely non-intuitive, and can often be the lengthier process of the job so be prepared for that. The work is also a logistical nightmare for the most part, but it is what it is. Management is management. Some of it is good, some of it is bad, but in general they are just people trying to do middle management things. The immediate supervisors are usually pretty good guys to deal with, and the work/life balance seems to be pretty important to everyone there. I know I never had any issues dealing with home stuff, and everyone was usually pretty supportive of that. The only real gripe I have is the lack of available training, but I'm not even sure that was due to the company or just because my situation was out of the ordinary. Overall I'd say the people are great, the pay exceptional, management is ok. It's a great place to work and I'd go back any time if I had the opportunity. I don't have any truly negative things to say about the company at all. I was able to travel the world and save a lot o money. Worked very hard but always treated with respect.
