Hands down, some of the best leadership I've witnessed. Many of the teams here have great leaders from the supervisor to the senior vice president.
Staff are remarkable. Nearly every individual contributor I've interacted with is an A-Team player. The men and women who work here pour their heart and soul into what they do, and it shows every single day.
Notwithstanding the cons, probably my favorite corporate culture ever.

No strategic direction. The company was in a tight spot around 18 months ago, and swapping out John A. was their response. The continuous shuffle at the top indicates the board is operating this company as if the rudder has fallen off the ship.
The aging and apathetic distributor base, clutching onto the Tirelli agreement, will sink this ship. That we heavily depend on these folks who don't seem to care much beyond their own individual exit plans is one of the scariest things about working here.
