What is the best part of working at the company? The pay was great! Many raises to look forward to in the near future. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Very unprofessional supervisors and lead people in my department. Problems with other employees were not dealt with accordingly. Very unprofessional, which causes alot of good employees to leave this company. They also don't tell you that they will pick certain people in orientation that they volunteer to rotate 3 shifts and work weekends as well UNTIL after you are hired. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Stressful at times, but you have to take the good with the bad. What is a typical day like for you at the company? 8 hour shifts packing plastics parts into boxes.
