What is the best part of working at the company?
Management actually cares about you as a person, I have worked many places that do not..I appreciate that. I got health insurance day 1. PTo is good and easy to get. I like my job. I am happy here.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I commute 35 minutes each way..but that is my choice.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I work in the warehouse, it is pretty chill.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I come in, get my pick list..do my job. Help others if I have time..go home.

Management is great! Leadership is outstanding.

Big orders. Lot of hurrying to complete on time.

Pretty much would compare it to paradise to keep it short and to the point
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very busy. Lot of tasks and busy work to complete quickly.

Not the best place to work, depending on location/facility you are placed at. They are all so different and each has their pros and cons. Lots of great people to work with, but not all.

The job, company, and coworkers were great. If they hadn't outsourced I don't think I would have left. But, they did outsource, so now I won't go back. Once outsourcing starts there's no telling where it stops

Was always something to do never a dull moment
|
A typical day at work was knowing there would be quite a few semis to unload,learned on how to use a RF scanner management was always telling us about what was needed to improve and evaluated us for raises the hardest part about the job I performed was too many supervisors one would tell you one thing and others tell you to do it there way. the most enjoyable part of working there was the people I worked with

Great place to work good people but lack of work and layoffs are the only problem with hon. I worked for 3 years and got laid off 4 days after thanksgiving

Management doesn't care about you and won't relay information to you until after the fact.
|
Everything is incredibly repetitive, same thing basically every single day.
I learned that nothing this company offers you comes without cost.
Management is poor, and nothing gets relayed between shifts. So if first shift messed something up you will be held responsible for it.
The people outside of management are by far some of the coolest people I've met, most aren't usually in a great mood due to the previous point however.
The hardest part about the job is just getting into a rhythm and staying in it.
The most enjoyable part of the job is frequency in which you're giving (the worst) shirts you've ever owned/will own.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The people are great. I enjoyed working with the team I was on a lot. I was sad when my time came to move on due to my service contract ending.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I was a contractor working and had taken "ownership" of an IT product as requested. Suddenly they informed me that in 24 hours, my contract would be ending and thank you for your service, and we sure do hate not having you with us anymore. I left on good terms, but it caught me and my contract staffing company off guard. It would have been nice to be given a little more notice than 24 hours.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They are an old-fashioned thinking company. Onsite or nothing. I was able to my job 100% remotely without issue and did it well for the contract term, but they believe employees need to be onsite.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A normal 8-5 work day. I had a critical issue come up once and I handled that with a little overtime, but overall, it was 8-5 and low to medium stress.

Going home because the management doesnt know how to manage

The constant berating and name calling and noone knowing what they are doing when it comes to teaching someone about the job

If you are not in with management or they dont like you. You wont last there

Work then change how you were taught to do the job then go back to the standard way of doing job repeat

Managers care about their people and the company is always trying to adjust to fill deficiencies. There's a lot of team re-orgs and some turnover as well, but the company tries to help their members.
