It can be very stable job, as it is highly demand for your customer inbound call, you need to meet all KPIs required, such as adherence level, call control, high service level. This will be a good starter job if you want to enter bank industry for career progression, but you need to expect it is not a easy job.

Fast paced, the hours fly by.
Never a boring moment. Great team.
Benefits are a lot better than most, from pensions to sharesave.
Only thing that lets it down is the pay could do with been higher to reward staff for their hard work and hours/ dedication to the company
