Show up, clock in, overworked, underpaid. They brought me in as a lead and made big promises then provided me with nothing. I had to teach these guys everything even though some of them worked there for years. I asked for simple tools to get the work done and they never could provide me with these things. Dayshift had over 10 fully stocked toolboxes for about 36 people and night shift had 2 toolboxes with the leftover tools for 14 people. Decent pay, 3 breaks 10 hour days.
