They have come here to relax and close only 2-3 cases a day. The managers don't know what they are doing except for taking orders from US managers. There is no training. They will tell you there is technical work. But when you join it is only copy paste app support job. Once I got settled, I realized there was no room for advancement if you do not fit the typical mold of legacy employees. The lack of diversity within this organization speaks volumes. Unfortunately, ICE has the revenue to be great and supportive company but they do not want to invest in its employees nor the tools needed to become a great company. Very political. ICE has been going through a lot of changes and merges within the last two years and so everyone is trying to figure out what is going on, but it doesn't seem like a lot of the changes make sense, or are at least being communicated clearly.
