Management is lacking
|
I worked in different areas of Banjo in my almost 9 years employed- I loved working with my peers, however, management is severely lacking- they set policies but do not follow them. Brought a new manager into my department that had no people management skills and would talk down to her employees, she was not consistent with her “rules”. I went to our HR department at Banjo several times with documents that clearly stated how she would flip flop, was told to deal with it. Was unable to change my position which forced me to quit a very stressful work environment - not knowing what you were getting day to day from senior and middle management. Benefits were good.
