Most of the people I worked with directly were awesome. Direct supervisors within Engineering are good at what they do and seem to genuinely have the interests of the department in their heats. "Agile" fake scrum development cycle. Basically does waterfall development (which is the better option here) but with needless new-age micromeetings and planning scattered in to disrupt work. HR isn't interested in actually handling interpersonal conflicts or harassment allegations against senior management. Upper management loves to ask you questions that they've already decided the answers to, almost as a formality.
