Most of management has been in their same position for over a decade, best practices are outdated, the company has been shrinking in market cap for the last several years, very few positions allow for career growth and those that do advance are hand picked due to personal connection to the c suite. Not a recommend company for women or minorities. Expect a 1990s environment.

I know you are trying and I realize that this is a very "traditional" type of company and industry. Time for some sweeping, big moves towards evolving change towards more diversity though. I feel like you care about the employees and it's something that the company wants, the ideas just aren't being executed swiftly or effectively enough.
