The company has no processes or procedures, work is generally hectic, and takes much more time than it should due to lack of documentations from prior period, and lack of industry knowledge from management. Compensation is not good, but I'm sure there are worse than this. Not a good choice if you have a family and want some work life balance. Middle to upper management have no management skills, not capable to provide staff with guidance.
