You're going to start out on night shift driving a straight-frame with ~7 stops ranging from 20mins to 3hrs. From there it's a seniority game to get into bulk drops or day shift. They run 7 days a week, so a M-F day shift could take years of seniority. If you're willing to fit the mold of the company then it can be a great place to work for. They offer plenty of PTO in your first year and the health insurance is exceptional.
