The pay and ability to take care of your family like any other job.

The leadership is very weak. Peter Watkins, Rajin, Sean, Tony. All of these guys push people to the limit with additional work when schedules are packed already with driving and orders. Also unrealistic completion expectations at times when something needs to be ordered or something that will take too long to complete they have no regard because they are in the office relaxing. Also there are some management that have formed clicks and will downplay your success regardless of your completion rate. They make all the Hispanic workers take the load and the heat when things need to get done or go wrong but will not address any issues with other race groups on the team.

Be better leaders. Dont tell someone to do something that you know you can’t complete or have experience with. Be understanding to the tasks at hand for specific staff member and remember that everyone contributes to the team. If the leader of the team is just calling shots without setting positive examples how do you expect your team to give it their all?
